The 99M1 has a dovetail for a sight and mine has the rear sight. As for the threaded barrel I would think that would have been done after market. I do not believe they came with a threaded barrel.. I purchased the rifle and need a site hood and rear site elevator. Pls advise if you are in possession and wish to sell. Would also be interested in a parts gun if reasonable..
