Model 39a 22 cal rifle

I received this model 39A rifle for my 13th birthday. It was either 1953 or 1954, I think. Serial #20000. About fifteen years ago, I sent out this same memo and a gentleman that retired from Marlin wrote back that the rifle was a special run. Over the years, I have lost that info due to moving. He suggested keeping all info because it would be valuable if I ever wanted to sell it. And also my children would know about it. If anyone has any info, please send it to me. The employee was the only one that replied with information that had ever seen that serial number. Thanks in advance.
