BRW & A brass question

I'm getting some brass with a rifle I just purchased and the brass headstamp is BRW & A. Who made this brass ?? TNKS.

Actually have the brass in my hand, no head stamp other than an outline of a rifle in the head and the caliber. Found out that this brass was from the Rifle Works and Armoury for the Ballard. That is why he said it was BWR&A.
