Help Identifying Golden 39A Mountie

I inherited a 39A Mountie from my Dad. As you can see from the pics, the right side of the stock is heavily engraved as are both sides of the receiver. Was this standard on the "Golden 39A Mountie" or was this a Commemorative issue of some type. The serial # is S 20XXX. Thanks in advance for any help.

Very nice looking gun,I doubt its factory but very nice anyway.I envy you,wished I owned it....

That is a very nice gun!! Not factory, but still someone really did a lot of work on it!
