I would like to know when it was made and value range.
I have not even found a listing for a Model 15 on line Orin any of my gun books.

The Marlin Model 15 bolt action is a fairly new rifle. It was first cataloged in 1983 I believe, so yours would be at least that old, or much newer. They have no "hammer" being a bolt action, as bolt actions usually us a spring loaded firing pin enclosed in the bolt.
