Model 1889 Carrier

Hello, everybody! It has been awhile. I just purchased a Model 1889, serial number 85409, in 32-20. I broke it down, and was wondering if the carrier rocker has a spring, or if mine is missing. I see no indication of a spring ever being there. Also, I may, eventually, be looking to have the bore relined. Any recommendations for a good shop to do that? Thanks for any input. Cheerio!
