marlin model 57m repairs

marlin model 57m repairs
i just bought a marlin 57m it doesnt eject shells correctly does anyone know if i would be able to send to marlin and they will refubish it for me i love the gun and would like to get it back to original or near perfict cond i just dont know if marlin does this model since it isnt a current model any help or info would be greatly appreciated i havent been able to contact marlin !!!!

From what I have heard, Marlin will not work on models that are out of production, due to lack of parts. You should find a local gunsmith, and ask if he is willing to take on the repair.
By the way, these guns didn't have serial numbers prior to mid 1968.

I have had the same problem with mine. It could be due to a number of problems. Number one is simple just clean the chamber very well. Also try some different brands of ammo. The other will require a gunsmith. Sometimes the extractor springs or arms get worn out and need to be replaced. You are lucky in that there are parts available at gunpartscorp.com which is Numrich gun parts.
