Looks more like a five. And the model only has MOD.39
I post pictures but not sure how to do it on this website. Could anybody help me out thanks.

Hello friends, I have a really nice Model 39A, serial number B50** with a case hardened receiver and I see that B serial numbers were 1940-41. Can anyone advise if this serial number would have been 1940 or 41?
