I am in need of a stock and other parts for a model40

The Coast to Coast Stores Model 40 is the same gun as the Marlin Model 99. There were 2,109 of these guns sold to C-C.
Look for a Marlin Model 99 stock. You should be able to get one from Numrich Gun Part Corporation. You should watch eBay too. A lot of wood shows up there.
