The buttstock is and wondering about the rear sight.

Yes, the same sights are used on the 1893 and 1894 at the rear. Front sights vary with caliber and barrels diameter on all models.
The little levers in .22 and .32 Long use a similar, but shorter variation.
Marlin lever actions 1870's-WWI, Ballards, and single shot rifles!
