Hey guys. I've recently started collecting these nifty marlins. I'm curious about one I now have. It's a straight stock stainless steel 20" barrel with a SN of x98 , unfired in the box with all tags and paperwork. I think only 500 of these were made a few years back. I have never seen it listed in a catalog, with only 500 made(assuming I have correct information) I'm guessing a special run ? I'm just wondering the year of manufacture ? 2004 or 2005 ?
