Diamond Jubilee??
My boyfriend recently acquired a Marlin 30-30 lever action rifle which is marked Diamond Jubilee Commemorative Edition. I've been searching everywhere and can't find any info on this rifle. The gun is also marked model 3030. All I can find is the Winchester DIamond Jubilee edition, but this rifle is quite clearly a Marlin. Does anyone have any info on this gun, and any clue as to its worth? Thanks!

Your boyfriend's gun is one of those made for OTASCO, Oklahoma Tire and Supply Co. in 1978. It should also have a special prefix letters of "OK" before the serial number. These guns were ordered by OTASCO each year with a different theme each year. There was a Diamond Jubilee Model 60 also that was made the same year for OTASCO, as they did for other years also.
These guns usually had the less expensive birch wood stocks, but were the same metal as regular 336 Marlins. Prices run the same as the 336 in any bluebook.

Marlin lever actions 1870's-WWI, Ballards, and single shot rifles!

If this is an OTASCO gun, then it was made in 1978 as the above post states. If this is a Powell, Wyoming Diamond Jubilee gun, then is was made in 1984.
But, the serial number you state indicate it is an OTASCO gun.

Due to the increasing cost of ammunition, there will be no warning shot!

Do you happen to know where I can find a Carrier Screw for the OTASCO? Mine backed out last year and I can't fine one that fits. The only Carrier Screws I can fine are for Post-2009 model 336 for the Remlins and it seems that they changed the thread pitch on the screw.
