I think it is an 1898. It's 12 Gauge,has patent dates on barrel of Nov 6 1894;May12, 1896; June 2 1896.
serial Number on receiver is:67014. Serial # on Barrel is 70717F. I don't have any pics yet but will post some when I get them.

With those patent dates, and being a 12 gauge, it is a Model 1898. Probably made around 1904.

Regnier, many thanx, I have a barreled action that sems to be abouth the same. Probably be expensive to find parts and build up
