Baby Marlin in 25-20 cal. 34.5” 1908?

Post by gwcurling »

Greetings to all,
I am trying to find a ballpark value to a Model 1894 in 25-20. It is a Baby Marlin at 34.5” overall. Has saddle ring and is in good overall condition. Serial #442xxx.
Thanks for any help you may have to offer as I can find little to no information on these.

Gwcurling;

About the only thing we can tell you from the information provided is that your Marlin Model '94 would have been made in about late 1913.
There are no records for this time frame, but from a known item, we can estimate the date of manufacture.
Due to the increasing cost of ammunition, there will be no warning shot!

The growing federal deficit = generational slavery to the national debt.
